01 / FOR PRODUCTION PLANTS

Non-ferrous and scrap metal buying,
straight from your production.

Odylion buys non-ferrous metals, ferrous scrap and paper from production plants — from turnings and offcuts to end-of-line material and packaging. Valuation reflects the market and material parameters, weighing is open, and we handle our side of the required document flow. For a regular stream, we can agree standing terms and logistics.

02 / WHO IT'S FOR

Plants with a regular
stream of scrap.

This is for the production manager, the plant owner and the maintenance team. If your production generates a repeatable stream of non-ferrous metals and scrap every week, that material has real value — instead of piling up on the floor, it can come back to you as a settlement.

Turnings & offcuts

Machining waste

Turning and milling chips, sheet offcuts, stampings, profile and bar ends. We sort them to grade — copper, aluminium, brass, stainless steel — so you're paid for the actual material, not a blended average.

End of line

End-of-line material

Rejects, non-conforming products, changeover and start-up parts. We take them as raw material, not as a disposal problem — with a document that closes the matter for your environmental team.

Packaging

Packaging and hardware

Film and paper from deliveries, cable drums, metal pallets, ferrous scrap from repairs and upgrades. One buyer for several waste streams simplifies your record-keeping.

03 / VALUATION

We pay for the grade
you actually have.

Valuation starts with an experienced buyer's hands-on assessment, and for non-obvious alloys we confirm the composition with a handheld spectrometer. The reference point is current market quotations — the rate is decided by grade, quantity and quality of the material.

Assessment & spectrometer

Hands-on first, spectrometer when needed

The grade is judged first by someone who knows the material. Unusual alloys are checked with the handheld spectrometer we keep at every branch — grading rests on facts, not guesswork.

Quotations

A rate from live quotations

We don't publish a fixed price list, because the market changes every day. Regular suppliers get current rates as they move, and you can price a single batch quickly by adding photos in the form or sending them on WhatsApp.

Authorised scales

Weighed in the open, honest weight

Material is weighed on authorised scales, in front of you. Declared weight and declared grade match the settlement — no surprises after the fact.

Our expertise isn't “we'll take anything.” We accept material that meets quality standards — that way pricing is fair for both sides.

04 / HOW IT WORKS

From the first delivery
to a steady rhythm.

We show you how the first delivery runs — from the heads-up, through weighing and grading at the branch, to the documents. Once the first delivery goes smoothly, the ones that follow run to the same proven rhythm — without setting the procedure up from scratch each time.

Heads-up

You flag the delivery ahead

You flag the first delivery in advance — by phone or WhatsApp — and we agree the date and what you're bringing. Most often you bring the material to the nearest branch; collection is agreed individually based on the quantity, material and location.

Weighing

Weighed and graded with you

At the branch the material goes onto authorised, certified scales — we weigh it in front of you and the result goes straight onto the document. An experienced buyer judges the grade, and non-obvious alloys we confirm with a handheld spectrometer.

Settlement

Documents and settlement after delivery

Once weighed and graded, we close the delivery with the settlement documents appropriate to it and settle in the agreed form. The first delivery sets the rhythm — each one after it runs the same way, without starting from zero.

05 / BRANCH NETWORK

Nine branches,
close to your plant.

Branches across Poland shorten the material's journey and the response time. A shorter distance from your floor to the branch gate means lower cost and faster settlement — and a regional director who knows the local market handles your area.

9 branches

Across Poland

A network spread across the whole country. The nearest branch is a short hop from your plant — material doesn't travel across half the country.

Scale

Industrial volume

Thousands of tonnes move through our network every month. A family-owned company at industrial scale settles predictably and doesn't vanish overnight.

Region

A regional director

Your area is handled by a specific person who knows the local market and your material stream. After the first contact you deal with them directly, no extra steps.

Not sure which branch is closest to your plant? Call us — we'll point you to the nearest branch and the shortest route for your material.

07 / STANDING PARTNERSHIP

Supplying scrap regularly? Become a regular supplier.

Use the same request to mark recurring deliveries and add their frequency. We agree the document scope, logistics and cooperation terms for the material stream.

BDO/KPO

An agreed document flow

If a KPO is required, the transferor creates it before transport and we confirm receipt and actual mass after delivery. We agree the remaining document scope before delivery.

1 business day

A fast, specific response

We return with pricing and the next step within one business day. We know the material inside out, so the conversation starts with specifics.

Up front

Predictable terms

We set the terms of a standing partnership once, not from scratch with every delivery. A regional director learns your material stream and keeps to the collection schedule.

08 / ONE SUBMISSION FORM

A one-off batch
or recurring deliveries.

The more you tell us, the more concrete our proposal. Only a phone number and at least one material are required — we reply within one business day.

Step 1 of 3

Choose what you have. You do not need to know the grade — we will confirm it together.

What do you want to sell?

Select every relevant group. You do not need to know the exact grade — we will confirm it when quoting.

09 / FREQUENTLY ASKED

Plant questions — straight answers.

How do we start, and how is the first delivery arranged?

The simplest way is to call the head office, message us on WhatsApp or use the shared form on this page — we reply within one business day. On the first call we agree what you bring, how often and when collection can be arranged.

What documents do I get as a business?

We handle our side of the required document flow. If a KPO is required, the transferor creates it in BDO before transport and we confirm receipt and actual mass after delivery, then provide settlement documents. The scope depends on waste type and supplier status.

Do you collect material from the plant?

Most often the supplier brings the material to the nearest branch, and that's usually fastest. When needed, we can arrange transport; collection is agreed individually based on the quantity, material and location.

How do you value mixed lots and non-obvious alloys?

The grade is first assessed hands-on by an experienced buyer, and for non-obvious alloys we confirm the composition with a handheld spectrometer we keep at every branch. We classify over 400 items, so we pay for the exact grade. Add photos of a one-off lot directly in the form or send them on WhatsApp.

Do I have to sort the scrap before selling?

You don't have to, but sorting to grade raises the valuation — we pay for the exact grade, not a blended rate for a mixed load. We also take unsorted material, to an agreed specification. There's one condition: the material has to meet quality standards.

How does settlement work?

We agree the form and timing of payment when the transaction is confirmed — depending on the material and the size of the delivery. Weighing is done in the open, on authorised, certified scales, and the result goes on the document, so weight and grade match the settlement.
