Legal notice and terms for services provided electronically.
Who runs odylion.com, which services we make available by electronic means and the rules for using them.
1. Service provider
The odylion.com website is run by ODYLION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA KOMANDYTOWA with its registered office at Syta 114z/1, 02-987 Warszawa (NIP 9512370578, REGON 146833994, KRS 0000474035). Registry court: Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego. Contact: hello@odylion.com, phone +48 228 851 421.
2. Scope of services provided electronically
Within the website we provide free services by electronic means, in particular:
- access to informational content about the company, branches, purchased materials and indicative metal quotations,
- a quote request form and contact forms/channels (phone, WhatsApp, email) through which you can send a commercial enquiry.
- a newsletter sent to the email address provided after the subscription is confirmed (double opt-in).
The site is informational and for contact — we do not sell online and do not conclude sales contracts through the site. Sending a quote request is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to get in touch and prepare an offer.
Starting and ending the services
The agreement for access to content is made when you open the site and ends when you leave it. The enquiry service starts when you submit a form and ends when we reply or finish handling it. The newsletter starts after you confirm the subscription by email and continues until you unsubscribe through a link in an email or withdraw consent. You may stop using any service at any time, free of charge.
3. Technical requirements
To use the site you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser and — for email services — an active email address. Core content is available without JavaScript; forms, cookie settings and some interactive elements require JavaScript. The rules for using cookies are described in a separate cookie policy.
Using online services involves ordinary risks such as malware, phishing or unauthorised access to email. Keep your software up to date, do not share confirmation links and do not send data that is unnecessary for handling your matter.
4. Prohibition of unlawful content
When using the forms and contact channels, you must not send unlawful content. Please provide truthful information and do not submit third parties' data without their knowledge.
5. Complaints
You can report comments and complaints about the operation of the site or the electronically provided services to hello@odylion.com. Describe the service, the issue and the outcome you expect, and provide an address for our reply. We respond without undue delay, usually within 14 days.
6. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in our privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our cookie policy.
7. Copyright
The content, graphics, logo and layout of the site are protected by law. Using them beyond permitted use requires our consent.
8. Final provisions
Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law. We may update these terms for important legal, technical or organisational reasons. We will give advance notice by email of a change material to an ongoing newsletter service; the user may then cancel the service free of charge.
