01 / AUTOMOTIVE & VEHICLE DISMANTLING

Non-ferrous scrap from automotive and vehicle dismantling

Run a dismantling yard, an end-of-life vehicle station or a workshop? Radiators, alloy wheels, aluminium castings, copper harnesses, alternators and batteries are a whole family of non-ferrous metals from a single vehicle — and we know each of those streams. We price against current market quotations, check unusual material with a handheld spectrometer, when needed collect with our own transport on larger loads, and sell straight to smelters and foundries.

02 / WHAT WE TAKE

What we take from automotive dismantling

Dismantling yards and end-of-life vehicle stations hand over one of the most varied non-ferrous streams on the market: a single car yields aluminium and copper radiators, alloy wheels, aluminium castings, copper harnesses and electric motors, plus batteries. We separate and classify each of those fractions individually — with a spectrometer when needed — so you get paid for the actual grade, not for a blended “dismantling mix”.

We serve dismantling yards, end-of-life vehicle stations and workshops as steady B2B suppliers. Whether you hand over a pallet of radiators a week or full containers of sorted metals, you get a price based on current market quotations, while collection is agreed individually. We sell the material straight to smelters and foundries, so the shorter sales chain works for your rate.

The most common non-ferrous streams from vehicle dismantling. Not sure of the grade? A photo from the yard is enough — we handle the rest.

01

Aluminium and copper radiators

Radiators, heater cores and intercoolers — clean aluminium and alu-copper mix; we classify by copper share and settle each fraction separately.

02

Alloy wheels

Light-alloy wheels, without tyres — once cleared of steel parts, a uniform, highly priced aluminium stream.

03

Castings (aluminium, silumin)

Heads, housings and casings in aluminium and silumin — a soft foundry alloy with silicon, priced separately from profile and sheet.

04

Wiring harnesses

Vehicle electrical harnesses — thin copper in insulation; we assess the yield separately and, on larger loads, settle after granulation.

05

Alternators, starters and motors

Complete alternators and starters plus small electric motors — priced by the real copper content in the windings, with no need to strip them.

06

Lead-acid batteries

Whole car batteries — accepted in line with formal and safety requirements, with full documentation after delivery.

03 / COOPERATION & COLLECTION

How we collect material from dismantling

Metals from dismantling needn’t pile up in your yard. We agree the terms once, and then collection runs to the rhythm of your work.

Step 0101

Show us the material

Call or send photos from the dismantling yard on WhatsApp. The type of non-ferrous metal and a rough quantity are all we need to quote a rate within one business day.

Step 0202

We agree pricing and collection

We price against current market quotations and the actual grade, and check unusual material with a handheld spectrometer at the branch. For repeat deliveries from dismantling we agree terms up front and — from a few tonnes up — can send our own transport on a set date.

Step 0303

We weigh and settle

We weigh in front of you on authorised scales, you get the documents appropriate to the delivery and a settlement with no surprises. The non-ferrous metals go straight to smelters and foundries.

05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED

Vehicle dismantling and automotive — frequently asked questions

Do you accept alu-copper (mixed) radiators?

Yes. Radiators, heater cores and intercoolers are accepted both as all-aluminium and as an alu-copper mix. The fractions are classified by copper share and settled separately, so the copper in a radiator is not settled as aluminium.

Do the wheels have to be taken off the tyres?

Yes — light-alloy wheels are taken in without tyres only, because we do not buy tyres themselves. Settlement follows once the wheel is cleared of steel parts, so you get paid for the aluminium alone.

Do alternators and starters have to be stripped?

No. Alternators, starters and small electric motors are accepted complete and priced by the real copper content in the windings — no dismantling on your side is needed.

Do you accept lead-acid batteries from an end-of-life vehicle station?

Yes, car batteries are accepted whole, in line with formal and safety requirements, and full documentation is handed over after delivery.

What is silumin and how is it priced?

Silumin is a soft aluminium foundry alloy with silicon — heads, housings and casings are made of it. It is priced separately from aluminium profile and sheet, because it is a different grade with a different value. Unclear alloys are confirmed with a handheld spectrometer at the branch.

What does regular cooperation with a dismantling station look like?

The terms are agreed once, and then collection runs to the rhythm of your work. For repeat deliveries from dismantling the terms are set up front, and on larger quantities our own transport can be sent on a set date.
